We live outside of León, so my mother let the choice of treatment pass and, the other day, seeing that the card said it was valid for 6 months, she called immediately to see what she could do. The response from the person who picked up the phone (without even asking what date my mother had the card from) was “no, daughter, nothing can be done.” There was no way for the local to try to solve it. In conclusion, they have kept the €150 without offering any treatment. All of us who gave her the gift felt cheated and, of course, her. Furthermore, the treatment over the phone has been disastrous. They have not allowed him to speak or explain the situation. Of course, a place that we will not recommend to anyone in León.
